1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using xEHR's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

xEHR provides cloud-based electronic health records (EHR), practice management, and revenue cycle management software for healthcare organizations. Our services are designed to comply with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring authorized users comply with these terms
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. HIPAA Compliance

xEHR will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities. You agree to use our services in compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare privacy and security regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Transmit malicious code or content

6. Intellectual Property

xEHR and its licensors retain all rights in the service and its content. You retain ownership of your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, xEHR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data in standard formats.
